By accessing or using Realti Intel's platform or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accepting on behalf of a company? You represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Description of Services
Realti Intel provides real estate market intelligence for professionals in the Massachusetts market, including:
- Real-time listing data, pricing analytics, and inventory tracking
- Market trend analysis and supply/demand reporting
- Comparative market tools, dashboards, and property alerts
- Town and neighborhood-level intelligence reports
User Accounts
Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Account Security
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us at info@realtiintel.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services illegally or in violation of any law
- Share account credentials or exceed your licensed user count
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Scrape, bulk-download, or automate data extraction without permission
- Resell or redistribute platform data without authorization
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, algorithms, and all content are owned by Realti Intel and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Real estate data is sourced from MLS systems under license and remains the property of its respective owners. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.
Disclaimers
Data may contain errors or delays. Independently verify all information before making business decisions. The Services do not constitute professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realti Intel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Service Modifications
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here and communicated to registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Massachusetts. We encourage good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Realti Intel.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
